Edey made life easy for Braden Smith. Wide open three’s or an easy assist just by dumping the ball down low. He’s a good ball player, but Big Ten POY? Maybe, but my money would be on someone else. I’m not sure who I would pick, but I’m hoping it’s Thornton.
There are a lot of possibly PotY candidates, but obviously the edge is going to go to a player on a winning team. The B1G seems pretty wide open this year, so tough to project. Sandfort will probably be the leagues top scorer, Garcia and Osobor could be a double/double machine, Smith and Thornton will be the guys that make their teams go. No clear candidate, but look for the team at the top to produce the PotY.

Well deserved almost one month away and I can’t wait this team has serious potential to do a lot of damage in the big ten
Interesting that no team has 2. But at least none from tcun
I don't buy one goddam drop of gas in the state of Michigan!
Very excited to watch this Buckeyes team and hoping for a lot of wins.

Not sure if he will be FOTY but I think he will make the all-freshman first team. Either way I think he has an impactful freshman season
Given the number of good frosh coming into the league, that would be some feat especially if he isn't starting.
I think he will have a solid season, but I'd pick Harper or Queen for frosh of the year.
I'm hoping that by season end, Ohio State has more than one men's hoops player named All Big Ten.
C'mon Buckeyes! You CAN DO IT !

Agree. I do not see this happening. Braden Smith will be good, as he has been. But POY? No way
