Agree on the DL rotation issue.  MacDonald has flashed quite a bit when in there.  Malone as well albeit to a lesser extent.  

Much of my gripe is still with Day though.  He the Head Coach (CEO).  And he keeps letting this happen.

Fantastic post!  Great detail in backing up all your points.   I agree that his best coaching performance was against Georgia.  'If' CJ had seen EE wide open across the middle of the field that final FG attempt would have been a gimme.

One gripe I have against Day as a Head Coach is that there seems to be this disconnect between Knowles and LJ.  Knowles wants 3 DL and LJ wants 4.  If that is indeed true I don't understand how Day has let this go on this long.  Let alone not knowing there was a philosophical different between the two when Knowles was being interviewed.  Maybe Day was assuming that LJ was about to retire?  dunno.  But this is a head-scratcher.     

Saw that happen live yesterday.  Awful injury.  While I don't care for Aidan personally for obvious reasons I do hope he recovers well and can make it back next season.  The Lions are a fun team to watch.  Their OC has a bag of some of the most unique trick plays I've ever seen.

I didn’t venture into the game threads tonight but did anyone else notice that on the 2nd or 3rd to the last play of the game the Henderson was absolutely wide open in the flat to the bottom of the screen?  There was no one around him.  Unfortunately Will didn’t see him.  He was locked in on the receiver downfield.  Not sure I can blame him but man I was yelling at the tv.  

Stupid mistakes and penalties did us in tonight.  It was a great game otherwise.   We’ll see if this team learns from this and elevates their game from here.
