WHO REDACTED the sheets of signs?  Did SI acquire them and then go ask someone at TCUN "we would like to publish this, would you be so kind as to cross out the ones you're still using this year"?  Plus, the black rectangles are done not with a black marker on paper, but as formatting options within the Microsoft Word software, which is further asinine on at least 2 levels: 1) the source is a Word document, of course anyone can type anything they want in there, and 2) why bother blacking stuff out, why not just delete it?
