With me what you see is what you get. But some people don’t like what they see. If you’re going to have a defense of role players, then you better have a defense of players who truly understand their roles. Do your job.

At least Burke is on the list. 

I'm not an excuse kind of person. It's football, you either a do, or do not, nothing else. Something is wrong when you leave a guy in the game who gave up 200 yards in pass defense to the opposing offense. A defense that had not one TFL or a sack. The defensive staff has to find a way to get the defense off the field without giving up points or long drives. New scheme perhaps! Where's the Jack? Are we ever going to see Knowles defense? Nebraska has a dual threat QB and Buckeye history under Knowles has shown that dual threat QB's have good success against his defenses. I hope I'm wrong, but I don't think the Huskers will be an easy out. Offense may have to save the day. 

Burke is overrated. Why any coach would continue to allow a player who gave up 200 yards in passing is ridiculous and that should be a huge concern. 

Egos both player and coach need to be checked at the door. All great head coaches make decisions based on what is best for the team. Urban said he doesn’t want to be around average, anyone can be average. I’m not convinced that attitude still exists, but I hope I’m wrong.

Howard played very well. Denzel gave up 200 yards. Let’s talk about his sorry ass play. 

Lanning was smart enough to make the decision. Ducks out coached out rushed and outplayed the Buckeyes. Now fix the defense. 

Should’ve kicked the FG as soon as they were in range.  Day hasn’t learned anything. 

Hopefully Denzel works on his coverage and tackling technique. Can’t afford for him to give up 200 passing yards again. DL can work on bull rushing. LB can use the next two weeks learning the defense. Knowles needs to devise a scheme to contain a dual threat quarterback. 

Raiola is another dual threat quarterback and dual threat quarterbacks have success against Knowles defenses. I expect Nebraska will give the Buckeyes all they can handle. 

Burke is one more example of overrated defensive players on Knowles defense. Not one defensive player will be a first round draft pick. But let’s face the facts here, when was the last time Day’s Buckeye defense dominated a top ten opponent. Have to go back to 2014. 

For a team that claims to have so much depth they sure don’t utilize it. So I’m going to throw the BS flag on the claim of depth at every position. 

Day won't ever win the big games. He gets to freaked out and deviates from the running game, panics believing he has to pass on every down.  He's never had a dominate defense. What coach couldn't have had an equal or better record with all the talent on his teams. He's too much of a rah rah fake hype coach for me, and he's proven what he is - an average coach.  Hope he prepares his team for Dylan Raiola and the Nebraska Cornhuskers or it could be another disappointment. 

If bull shit was music Knowles would be TBDBITL. I hope you fools aren’t buying his line of shit. He’s been getting pretty fat off his inflated salary for awhile now. I’m not buying his line of shit. His schemes suck. 

I’m not buying the fake hype. 

Don’t believe all the fake hype about this team. This team has a serious defense deficit disorder. Knowles has not made the Buckeyes a better defense. He’s made it a different defense with the same problems it has had for years. Can’t get off the field without giving up points and yardage. Knowles has shown some of the worst defensive schemes ever devised by a coordinator against dual threat quarterbacks. Buckeyes have to have the worst linebackers in college football regardless of division. You can shit in one hand and wish in the other but this team will not win a B1G Championship or a CFP Championship. Too weak on defense. 

So I have to ask all you self proclaimed experts this one question. What Urban Meyer team would this RCD team beat? 

What a gift! I don’t think they’re a top 10 team. Very overrated. This team doesn’t have the defense to compete at a high level against a team with equal or as much talent. Not a first round candidate in the whole bunch. The defensive scheme is weak ass. Knowles is a complete fraud. He doesn’t know how to pressure a QB. Dillon Gabriel looked like Teflon nothing sticks to him. Dylan Raiola Is a mirror image and he won’t be pressured either by this Knowles defense. 

People stop being delusional. The entire defensive unit doesn’t like physical football. Knowles defensive scheme is a mess. Secondary can’t cover and their tackling is terrible. Defensive line can’t get to the QB or control the LOS. The LB’s may as well be watching from the sidelines because they’re nonexistent. I think Nebraska will beat the Buckeyes. Nebraska is everything the Buckeyes have proven they can’t defend. 

It's not going to get any easier going forward. 

I doubt seriously this Buckeye team plays in the B1G Championship. I see the possibility of four more disappointments. 

RCD is never short on excuses. Truth is his teams get the lump in big games when it's time to put up or shut up they fold. This Buckeye team is good but is simply not good enough to win a CFP Championship. Time to get ready for Nebraska because I know they are ready to get some Buckeye ass. 

I'm not a Rah! Rah! Let's go get em Bucks fake hype Jim Knowles believer. This Buckeye defense would not stand up to the likes of a Texas, Oregon, Georgia, Miami, Alabama, Tennessee, Ole Miss and perhaps even Penn State. I'm not sure they would match up well against Indiana. Knowles defensive schemes are weak ass. This is really nothing new. It's been on display for years and Knowles just moved some pieces around and called it something else. LB play is marginal at best and the DL hasn't shown they can dominate the LOS or get sacks consistently. The secondary is laughable in pass coverage, and most tackle like shit. In other words, you can wish in one hand and shit in the other and see which one fills up faster. This is NOT a big boy defense and stop with the things can get fixed BS. What you see is what it is.  

Hey it happens. The Buckeyes got beat by a better team in all phases of the game. There’s probably at least a half dozen other teams that would be them head to head. RCD teams have been very overrated since he took over from Urban. Doesn’t mean they are not a good team just not a great team.
