Finally, a voice of reason.5 stars for your effort and the content.
I don't know where they would be ranked or if they have been mentioned but Kieth Byars and Robert Smith were 2 pretty good backs.
If Braden Smith is the best they have it is going to be a weak league.
Maybe, he will suit up for Carmens Crew in 2025.
On a positive note Justin Fields played a great 2nd half and almost led the Steelers to a comeback win over the Colts. The Steelers shot themselves in the foot more than a few times and let Joe Flacco carve them up on 3rd and longs..Fields was 22/34 for 312 yds. and 1 TD. He also ran 10 times for 55 yards and 2 TDs. He had 1 fumble no picks. As a Steeler fan I am encouraged by his progress.
The Eagles shit the bed.I would have run the ball twice to try to get the 1st down and end the game. If the line to gain was not reached the Falcons would have very little time and no timeouts to move the ball into FG territory.
Will Levitt had the worst interception of the week. Inexcusable and it cost the Titans the game.
Fields played OK but looked a little uncomfortable at times. Stats would have been much better if a the refs had not called a ticky-tack offensive pass interference on a George Pickens 50-yard reception.Russell Wilson will start when healthy.
The Ravens could have beaten the Chiefs but their bravado after the game might come back to haunt them.Lose with class and keep your mouth shut Isaiah Likely.t. Lamar won't survive the season if he runs the ball 16 times each week.
Anthony Richardson has a helluva an arm but he completed less than 50% of his throws. The Colts are going to win some games.
Disappointing week for the fans of New York Teams. The Giants sucked and the Jets had to play the Niners on the road.Seems like the Niners always find guys....Jordan Mason was that guy last night.
I'm not sure why Marvin Harrison Jr. only had 4 targets. Murray needs to do better.
Jordan Love will be out for a few weeks. Will the Packers sign Ryan Tannehill or roll with Malik Willis?
The Bengals might be in trouble. They have the Chiefs this week and no Tee Higgins....again
Kudos to Baker Mayfiled. He has turned his career around .He was awesome on Sunday. 24/30 for 289 yards and 4 TD's.
Was Bryce Young really drafted ahead of C.J.Stroud?
Caleb Williams was really bad......Jayden Daniels was pretty good.
Surprising easy Victory for the Saints. Not really ....they played the Panthers.
Jacksonville could have put the game on ice and then Etienne fumbled at the goal line.
Matt Stafford is a great QB and fun to watch. He throws a beautiful ball. Tough loss for the rams in OT.
Jim Harbaugh won the Harbaugh way as J.K.Dobbins ran for 135 yards on 10 carries. I hope Dobbins can stay healthy.
Nothing much to say about the Browns. How the hell could Watson play so poorly? Embarrassing effort on both sides of the ball.
Until the cheating scandal was exposed I supported all Big 10 reams when they played out of conference. That included TSUN. No more. I don't support cheaters especially those that show no contrition for their actions. Hook Em Horns!!!! and FUCK MICHIGAN now and forever.
I don't think Howard can be compared to future Hall of Famers like Ben Roethlisberger and Josh Allen. No disrespect to Akron but they ae Akron. I will reserve judgment on Will Howard until after the Michigan State and Iowa games.
All of that may be true but given Fields history of fumbles and taking sacks what happened will impact Tomlin's eventual decision about Fields.
Fields did not do himself any favors. 2 fumbles and 2 sacks taken. Tomlin was not pleased.
The cheating did not just impact the game being played. The extended into the entire season because UM could get big leads by using the cheating and rest their players and possibly avoid injuries. The cheating had a cumulative effect from the time it began and well past when the cheating stopped.
If you would like a good perspective on Harbaugh, the staff, and the cheating go to Outkick and listen to Dan Dakich.
Give Sully all of the credit. He was exhausted and was still able to hit the game winner. The Refs swallowed their whistles in the last 4 minutes and let the game get real choppy. There were a number of no calls most notably the no-call on Scott Thomas' shot. Thomas was hit and then and then kneed in the shoulder and after a ball fake and didn't get a call.
I really enjoyed watching this team throughout the tournament.
Gahanna destroyed Northland in one of the great games played at "The Barn". Gahanna was led by Stevie Taylor, Rob Brandenburg, and Sam Bott. The trio scored 19,19,and 14 points respectively in beating the Sullinger led Vikings 71-45. Sullinger had 24 points and 15 rebounds.
Jamel Morris may been on that Lion team but I don't remember the name. I think I would have remembered a southpaw with a sweet stroke. Maybe, he was a late-bloomer.
Scott Thomas is a regular at the Kingdom League.
I would like to know the connections that Bradford, Neal, and Morris have to the Ohio State players. I think Morris is a Gahanna -Lincoln grad but the other 2 are from Texas(Neal) and Tennessee(Bradford). Bradford and Neal are in their late 20's, Morris is 31.. They have all played pivotal roles in the success of the team.
The foul situation got a little sticky last night with Caleb Wesson in foul trouble and Kyle Young in street clothes. Calb's drive to the bucket from the left side with a little euro-step and finish was pretty impressive
I noticed that OSU grad, Jake Lorbach, was the director of content, whatever that is , for the Kentucky team.
Go Bucks!!
For 3/4 of the game Carmen's did whatever they wanted at both ends of the floor. The 3's were falling and the defense was suffocating. A.J. English came into the game the leading scorer in the TBT. CC held him under 5 points until the game was out of reach. Coach Rodgers has done a nice job and stays on their butts when they get sloppy.Kyle Young was a DNP. They need him for some front court depth.
I am watching Louisville and Kentucky. CC will have their hands full no matter who wins this game. Both rosters are dotted with ex-NBA players and former 5 star recruits.
If the Natty is not taken away, which it won't be, I couldn't care less about the punishment. They should not have been allowed to play in the the Big 10 Championship game or the College Football playoffs. They should have forfeited all of the games they won while the sign stealing was going on. They cheated, the league and the NCAA knew they cheated, and they won.
I think Morris hit the 3 that won the game. Careless turnovers at the end of the first half and the end of the 3 rd quarter nearly cost them the game. Win and move on.
Sean McNeil may have helped the back court a little.
Morris has been great, especially from deep.
Bradford has been better than Neal, but Neal's quickness and ball handling does help with ball pressure on both ends of the floor.
Thomas and Young have been great as well Their 3-point shooting has been important.Young has been Young doing what he has always done. He is a pleasure to watch play basketball.
Andre Wesson has been pretty solid, Woods scares me every time he touches the ball.Caleb and Sully can be much better.
I think age has finally caught up with Jeff Gibbs.
Heartfire has shot under 25% in their 2 games. I hope that level of futility continues.
The last few days has been good for this basketball fan. I've watched the USA men's Olympic team, the WNBA All-Star game, and the TBT,
Good to see Sully and Young back on the court. I wish the team had more of an Ohio State flavor but the shooting of Bradford and Morris were key to the massive second quarter run.
Any rosters for the Kingdom Summer League?
