Until Texas, Miami, Oregon etc. all offer him bigger money.

I listened to Neuheisel's analysis of the last couple minutes of the game. He said that Lanning did this purposely, betting on the refs not choosing to consider it deliberate and assess the 15-yard penalty.
Neuheisel also couldn't believe that we didn't just move the ball via QB sneak a few yards on a couple plays to move it closer and more into the middle of the field, then let the kicker do his job. He did not agree with the throwing play calls because of what can happen, and did happen. Felt Howard was put in a no-win situation.
Do we know whether it was Day or Kelly that made the decision on the final OSU possession to not attempt to kick the field goal, spending a down or two to maybe move a few yards closer and line it up with run plays, but to attempt throws?
Michigan can’t shut it down for the season. Imagine the sponsors, advertisers and vendors they have contracts with demanding to be paid regardless. The hundreds of M employees that get overtime etc on game day to run the stadium, security etc. NIL hinges on players having actual play minutes. The cost would be astronomical along with violating tv contracts. Next year , NCAA sanctions will play into this in which they can budget lower revenue with negotiated lower costs but this year they are stuck with the obligations.
Only heard that a few times before the game. What was more prevalent before half time was OH IO which got some boos from the green and white crowd.LoL. Also want to mention Dantonio received a sign on the ring of honor in the stadium and he was there to be presented that honor and another award. And he was smiling!
One disadvantage to that is by the middle of the third quarter, when we were very comfortably ahead, the student section had emptied out to where only about 20% remained. But prior to that, they were insanely loud.
Is there anyone on here that has recent experience with parking for Spartan Stadium?. Thinking we’ll be parking at the livestock pavilion and shuttle bus to stadium. Any different suggestions?
Listening to Neuheisel this morning. I normally like him but he’s totally wrong with his take on this . He thinks that if the schools just collectively bargain with a college players union and pay equal sums to all these guys per year, things like this won’t happen. As long as there are lawyers creeping around these players with whispers of let’s get you more money, this will never end until universities and colleges conclude they cannot pay the demands and fold their programs.
Mr.UpNorth and I are going to the game, about an hour and half away. I was so pissed off it was only being streamed ( we are in rural Michigan with slow internet) that we bought tickets on Stub Hub. You’ll see two little red dots in a sea of green, that’ll be us.
Same here. Noticed Mahomes last week running plays with his mouth guard stuck in the top of his helmet.
Moore’s reason to sign? Who else is going to hire him? Florida?
How about those of us in rural areas with such poor speed , streaming most offerings is impossible. We just went through almost three weeks of Direct TV and Disney pissing contest which blacked out all ESPN channels and the SEC channel.
I think Michigan has a one day a week taunting practice that started under Harbaugh. They do this all game long once they take the lead. Remember how much their fans admired players with big mouths last year?
Van Dyke crying in the cart on the way off the field. Must be bad.
I will have to watch Alabama/Wisconsin with the sound off. Gus Johnson’s constant carnival barking play by play announcing just grates on my nerves.
In reality, what else could they do? Not signing a contract and having him coach without one would have eventually been up against state law, he is an employee of the state and subject to regulations regarding work contracts, particularly when he’s getting the amount of pay and perks. Some of those perks are being paid by outside entities for clothing, etc. NIL would be affected by athletes not having a signed coach. Michigan’ case against the NCAA was being undermined by them not signing Moore. It was a legal move.
No, $4500 gets you a membership that allows you to bring guests. And beer, wine and food although no food on game day which seems weird,
Go back to the article and click on the red highlighted 1922 Club. It will take you to the press release with a map and outlined photos of the location
It’s the job of the AD to bring in revenue. This seems like one of least expensive corporate or small business type of venues you’ll ever find at a sports facility. Way cheaper than a private box or loge. Many small businesses can afford this as frankly, so can individuals. (What is the average cruise for two adults costing these days? ) . If they have underutilized space in the shoe, why not? Also, nothing says this restaurant/lounge patrons can’t have season tickets to actually watch the game out in the stadium proper, utilizing the lounge before and after.
This is the impression I had regarding VA loans. At some point Stalions feigned ignorance is going to catch up with him.
I still adore the Longhorns running out onto the field at the Big House and pretending to plant the flag.
I also watched the one with captions which is even funnier.
I’m dying here. Thanks for posting!
Did you video any of their sideline signals?
