Even in the first angle, you can tell the oblivious fan gets clipped by Clark and not vice versa.  You're correct the fan is "responsible" in that they don't belong on the court, but Clark was 100% the cause of the collision.

NFL Scout is the biggest grift in the world.  They are (for the most part) consistently terrible at evaluating talent, yet keep their jobs every year while drafting the helmet.  

Scratch that, commentators on NFL draft scouting is the biggest grift.  See Stephen A. for the best example from recent memory.
